We provide general Notary services Monday – Saturday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Sundays from Noon
to 4PM for your convenience.

You can schedule an APPOINTMENT to visit our office
located at 4622 Third Street in San Francisco (Bayview), 1485 Bayshore Blvd (Portola), or you can schedule a
mobile APPOINTMENT and we will come to you.
Either way we are available to meet
your Notarial needs.

Our overall mission is to provide exceptional notarial and administrative services when and where it is requested, which is verified by our A Ranking on BBB as well as our 5 Star Reviews on Google & Yelp. You can schedule onsite service APPOINTMENT at one of our two safe, clean, comfortable, and convenient San Francisco locations. You can also request Mobile services for an additional fee at a designated location - office, home, business, hospital, school, college, assisted living, senior citizen residents, and nursing home. This enables you to get your documents notarized promptly at your convenience without stress.
Once you have requested your appointment, you will need to prepare.
You will need the following:
- A valid, government issued photo ID
- The document(s) that need to be notarized
- Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature.
- Be advised that some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization.
- If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney. Note: Notaries are prohibited from helping clients prepare, complete, or understand legal documents.
Service Fee's: $15 per your signature in office. Mobile service fees will be $15 per your signature plus $35 travel fee within San Francisco.
